60H Yin Yoga Training Course【Top】
Normal Hatha (Yang) Yoga practice is wonderful for making the muscles longer & stronger. But Yang Yoga doesn’t focus on nourishing and developing the deeper connective tissues, the ligaments & joints. Yin Yoga is designed to develop stronger, healthier knees, hips and spines. It also frees up blocked energy in these areas which contributes to weak internal organs.
Most athletes quit their sport not because they have become weaker, but because of joint problems!

This 60 hour Teacher Training course will provide you with:
Knowledge of the Philosophy and Practice of Yin Yoga.
Understanding the practical benefits of Yin Yoga.
Learning the differences between Yin and Yang Yogas.
A complete exploration of the key Yin Yoga asanas.
Daily led Yin Yoga classes.
Practice in teaching actual Yin Yoga classes.
Understanding Physical Anatomy from the bones outward including:
固顶内容The limits to movement in the 8 key joints of the body
固顶内容The major Meridian lines and how energy flows
固顶内容The difference between tension and compression
