Catherine Catherine is one of the founders of Breeze Yoga and a professional yoga teacher holding qualifications from the international Yoga Alliance. After completing her training in Vancouver as a Hatha and Power yoga , Catherine has continues studying Ashtanga with the international yoga master David Swenson. She loves to share the benefits of practicing yoga with everybody. She teaches every yoga style; Hatha, Ashtanga, Pilates etc. Having lived abroad for many years and traveled widely in many European and American countries, she has amalgamated foreign cultures and lifestyles with her own traditional Chinese cultural background. After attending her classes you will quickly grow to love the way her teaching style mixes the cultures of East and West. Catherine teaches her yoga classes in English on the whole, or occasionally in Chinese, and in the not too distant future she will also begin to offer you classes taught in French. | | |

Sarah Sarah is from the U.K and with 10 years teaching experience in Singapore and Shanghai. Sarah- holds qualifications from the International Yoga Teachers Association Sydney Australia, Diploma (IYTA 1995) and Professional Development and Training Certification in Back Care(2002). Yin Yoga teacher training with Bernie Clark(2005 Shanghai). Can teach classes in hatha ,back care,prenatal,posmatal yin yoga,childrens yoga .Having been pregnant while doing her teacher training course in 1995, she now spends most of her time teaching pre-and postnatal yoga. She also teaches beginner yoga classes to people with back pain or back injuries working together with a physiotherapist. She is a teacher of Yin Yoga with training in TuiNa and Reflexology. Hong In 2002 I started practicing Yoga postures. In 2004 I completed my Yoga Alliance Certification and attained my Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate. From then on I have been teaching Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.In 2006 I finished my Prenatal Yoga Teaching Training. In my own Yoga Practice I believe that the breath insipres the movement. During my teaching I focus on the alignments of the students and help them to find inner harmony in their practice, encouraging them to experience the truth of who you are. Benjamin Ben found yoga in the late 1990's while attending university classes, and then spent a year in his living room with *The Sivananda Companion to Yoga*going through all the postures from cover to cover, as well as studying the yogic diet, pranayama, and meditation. Yoga transforms awareness, and this is the core of Ben's love of yoga. He practices everywhere and has taught since 2002 in North and South America, and Asia, in many cities as well as in the country side. He has taught people between the ages of 6 to 75 years; world class athletes, and people wheelchair bound. His influences are his numerous teachers, and students from all walks of life, in every experience, and most importantly his mother who receives his tremendous gratitude.
