wear something light and comfortable such as sport tops, t-shirts, shorts and tights.
Footwear
yoga practice is done barefoot, please remove your shoes at the front foyer  upon entering the studio
Towels
Breeze Yoga provides towels along with shower facilities
Mats
Breeze Yoga provides mats and other equipment of yoga.

Guidelines Of Practicing Yoga

Arrive a few minutes earlier before class.
Don¡¯t eat heavily two hours before the class.
Be patient. Real understanding of postures usually arrives after ten classes.
Tell your teacher about any injuries or special health conditions before class.
Be quiet in classroom. Keep mobile phone outside classroom.
