Guidelines Of Practicing Yoga
Arrive a few minutes earlier before class. Don¡¯t eat heavily two hours before the class. Be patient. Real understanding of postures usually arrives after ten classes. Tell your teacher about any injuries or special health conditions before class. Be quiet in classroom. Keep mobile phone outside classroom.
